COVID Update, 2 February 2021

With the COVID-19 spread still continuing and Government policy still evolving we have made plans to ensure that we can continue effectively as a business and provide our customers with support for their system usage in the UK and across all of our customer base.

As from 1 January 2021, we have limited our office use to one person at a time. This allows us to maintain servers and connectivity and to keep staff safe. The business currently functions with everybody working from home. This has worked very well and we thank our staff for all their efforts in making it work.  Our development team are used to working remotely. The support team are operating a staggered support process that allows them to work from home. Once  restrictions are lifted support will be the first team to return to the office.  A section of the office has been adapted, ready for when restrictions allow.

Our aim is to ensure that you will not experience any delays in response to your queries and we will continue to provide support and assistance as normal. We would recommend that you search the solutions on the support portal in the first instance. The easiest way to access the search is using the Support Widget from within WealthWorks+. You can also log a new support ticket using the Support Widget or via the support portal. You can still get in touch with us by phone, as calls will be answered, but you will get the quickest response by using our online service.

We will keep you updated if anything changes but in the meantime thank you for your continued support.
